Before EG Experiências existed, two women shaped the values we still carry. Ermelinda welcomed travelers with quiet, genuine care. Maria da Glória turned hosting into an art, creating moments people never forgot. Together, they left something larger than memory: a way of receiving people.
That way found a new form in our founder, Carolina Costa. Across nearly two decades, she built a career in international hospitality, refined travel, and complex event operations. She led projects for globally recognized companies, working with people from every culture and every expectation, learning to read what each one truly needed.
EG Experiências was born where these two worlds met. A family legacy rooted in hospitality. A career shaped by precision, cultural fluency and relationship management.
Today, we partner with travel designers, family offices and private client professionals, guided by hospitality at the center of Lifestyle Management. We keep our portfolio small, by choice.
